This procurement is for the roof replacement project at the Alamance County Detention Center located at 109 South Maple Street, Graham, North Carolina. The scope includes removal of the existing roof system down to the structural deck and installation of a new roof system with sheet metal flashing and accessories to provide a complete, watertight, 20-year warrantable roof system.
