Description

PHSA invites proposals from qualified parties for the supply of survey administration and management services for continuous patient experience measurement to the BC Patient-Centred Measurement (BCPCM) and Health Authorities. The work involves data collection and reporting in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in the RFP. The services will be delivered to multiple health authorities including Fraser, Interior, Northern, Vancouver Coastal, and Vancouver Island Health Authorities.
