Description

Harnett County is soliciting firm bids for the purchase and delivery of water and wastewater treatment chemicals for the period from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Purchases will be in full tanker truckloads, less than truckload, totes, pallet loads, or as noted. All pricing is for chemicals delivered, with no fuel surcharges considered unless diesel prices exceed $6.00 per gallon for 60 consecutive days. The award will be made to the lowest responsive responsible bidder considering quality, performance, and delivery time. Bidders may provide pricing for one or more items and are not required to bid on all items.
