The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide monthly preventative maintenance and repair services for elevators and escalators at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) and elevators at Reno-Stead Airport (RTS). The contract will cover adjustments, repairs, or replacements of parts and components as needed. The initial contract term is three years, from October 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, with two optional one-year extensions. Bids must be submitted via the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) website by August 4, 2026.
