This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority to qualify vendors for providing pharmacy services in mental health and substance use health care community settings. The services are intended for clients accessing Mental Health and Substance Use (MHSU) and Addiction Medicine and Substance Use Services (AMSU) community programs across Vancouver Island and surrounding areas.
