Description
This solicitation is for excavation, grading, and delineation of a proposed stormwater pond adjacent to the Northwest Drainage Channel within an active refinery owned by Cenovus Energy Inc. The work includes regrading and construction of stormwater channel slope embankments, stripping and stockpiling of topsoil, excavation to design subgrade elevations, loading, hauling, and offsite stockpiling of excess material, placement of embankment clay fill, storm pond contouring and compaction, and installation of rock rip-rap. Surplus clay fill will be hauled offsite for stockpiling, and the contractor will place topsoil and seed the area. The awarded contractor will be the Prime Contractor for the project site.
