Vendors must submit quotes electronically via the PlanetBids portal or by sealed envelope by July 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The city reserves the right to accept or reject quotations on each item separately or as a whole. Vendors must provide specification sheets for equal items, and no more than one bid per vendor is allowed.
