Description

The City of Redlands is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to provide repair and maintenance services for lawn mowers and landscape equipment used by the Parks Division. The scope includes servicing riding lawn mowers, walk behind mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, edgers, aerators, small engines, and other landscape maintenance equipment. Services may include diagnostics, preventative maintenance, engine and hydraulic repairs, blade and belt replacement, tire replacement, and provision of replacement parts. The City expects use of OEM or equivalent parts, communication on repair status, same day part replacement in some cases, and the ability to provide emergency repairs. The award will be made based on competitive hourly labor rates, turnaround time, and overall value to the City.
