Description

The Louisa County Water Authority is soliciting proposals for lab services to conduct wastewater sample analyses and related work. The successful offeror must maintain accreditation with the Virginia Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (VELAP) for all required analyses. The contract period is from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with the possibility of two successive one-year renewals. Proposals are due by August 4, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. local prevailing time. The County reserves the right to award to more than one offeror and is not required to accept the lowest cost proposal.
