Description

The County of Louisa, on behalf of the Louisa County Water Authority (LCWA), invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for providing various services related to wastewater treatment facilities operated by LCWA. The County reserves the right to award to more than one Offeror. Selection will be based on the firm(s) that most closely satisfy the needs of the County. There is no requirement to accept the lowest cost, and specific requirements may be waived or amended at the County's discretion.
