The City of Thunder Bay is seeking consulting services to conduct comprehensive ASHRAE Level II Energy Audits within three corporate facilities. The audits will assess energy performance, including utility consumption trends, benchmarking, site inspections, and identification of energy conservation measures. The project requires team members with relevant experience in municipal Level II ASHRAE Energy Audits in Ontario, including a Professional Engineer, a Certified Engineering Technologist, and a certified energy manager or Certified Measurement and Verification Professional. The goal is to support the City's commitment to net-zero emissions in corporate facilities by 2050 through detailed energy analysis and strategic planning.
