The Cboe C2 Exchange, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to amend the Options Regulatory Fee (ORF). The proposal includes increasing the ORF rate from $0.0003 per contract to $0.01417 per contract for transactions occurring on the Exchange and clearing in the customer range at The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC), effective July 1, 2026. The change aims to recover a material portion of the Exchange's regulatory costs related to supervision and regulation of customer options business.
