This notice is an official update from the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regarding sanctions: - The SDN (Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons) List has been updated - New individuals or entities have been added, and/or existing entries have updated identifying information - All property and interests in property of these persons under U.S. jurisdiction are blocked - U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with these listed individuals or entities - No products, services, OEMs, or vendors are involved in this notice - The action is regulatory, focused on sanctions compliance, not procurement or contracting

Description

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing the names of one or more persons that have been placed on OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List) based on OFAC's determination that one or more applicable legal criteria were satisfied. All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of these persons are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them. This notice includes updates to the identifying information of persons currently included on the SDN List.
