This notice announces the preliminary results and partial rescission of the antidumping duty administrative review concerning hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) blends from the People's Republic of China for the period August 1, 2024, to July 31, 2025. The Department of Commerce and the International Trade Administration are involved in this review. The review includes rescission of the administrative review for T.T.
