The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's Spiny Dogfish Advisory Panel will hold a public meeting via webinar on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. EDT. The main purpose of the meeting is for the Advisory Panel to develop a fishery performance report, which the Council uses to inform the specifications process. The Council will review previously adopted 2027 specifications for spiny dogfish, maintaining the 2026 specifications into the 2027 fishing year.
