The City of La Mesa is soliciting professional engineering services for the La Mesa Boulevard Complete Streets Project. The scope includes environmental studies, public and agency engagement, project scoping, surveying, cost estimation, alternatives design, hazardous waste identification, right-of-way impacts, traffic studies, and geotechnical and cultural/biological surveys.
