Public Health Ontario (PHO) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to understand market capabilities for a commercially available, configurable, SaaS-based or vendor/cloud-hosted Procurement Contract Lifecycle Management and Vendor Performance Management Solution (CLM/VPM Solution). The solution should support procurement intake, workflow approvals, contract lifecycle management, vendor performance management, reporting, document access, Sage 300 2025 integration, Microsoft single sign-on, operational automation, procurement planning, and pipeline visibility. On-premises or PHO-hosted solutions are out of scope. Information received may help PHO define business, technical, security, implementation, pricing, hosting, and compliance requirements for a possible future bid solicitation.
