South Coast Water District (SCWD) is seeking qualified firms for as-needed Industrial Control Systems (ICS) design and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system integration services to support water and wastewater capital improvement projects. The contract will be awarded to up to three firms for a three-year term with options to extend, with a not-to-exceed limit of $400,000 per agreement. Services include project management, hardware and software design, field services, training, and consulting for SCWD facilities. Proposals must be submitted electronically by August 13, 2026, and a W-9 form is required for new contractors.
