Description

This solicitation is for spot repairs to sanitary sewer lines and manhole replacements at various locations throughout the City of Cedar Rapids. The project involves repairing sanitary sewers and includes tasks such as clearing and grubbing, trench compaction testing, pipe replacement, manhole installation and adjustment, driveway removal and replacement, full depth patches, temporary traffic control, sod installation, fence removal and reinstallation, construction survey, and mobilization. The Engineer's opinion of probable cost is $250,000. The contract requires completion within 90 working days, with an early start upon receipt of notice to proceed and a late start date of September 14, 2026.
