Description

The Municipality is requesting non-binding proposals for detailed design and multi-year phased construction support services to upgrade its Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. The scope includes design, selection, construction tender development and support, as well as commissioning oversight of all controls, instrumentation, hardware, and software. The upgrade involves converting the existing Municipal-wide Surfline-based SCADA system hardware and software to VT SCADA for the Municipality's infrastructure network.
