The City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering (BOE), Architectural Division is seeking a consultant to provide interior and exterior rehabilitation of an existing historical Fire Station for the development of a Junior Arts Center. The work includes architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, bid support, historic preservation documentation, and construction administration services for all disciplines. This task order solicitation is only applicable to firms on the 2025 Pre-Qualified On-Call Architectural and Related Professional Services Consultants List - Tier 1 and Tier 2.
