This opportunity seeks a contractor to deliver a comprehensive, 5-day Full Mission Profile (FMP) pre-deployment training for the U.S. Air Force 38th Rescue Squadron at Moody AFB. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, 23D Contracting Squadron (Moody AFB, GA) - 38th Rescue Squadron (RQS), U.S. Air Force - Animal Research Oversight and Compliance Office (AROCO), Headquarters Department of the Air Force - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs named for products; however, 11 AAALAC International-accredited vendors are approved for Live Tissue Training (LTT) - Products/Services Requested: - 5-day Full Mission Profile (FMP) training for 24 personnel (20 students, 4 evaluators) - Includes advanced combat clearance, medical trauma interventions (with live tissue and cadaver training), complex rescue operations, technical rope rescue, extrication, K-9 medicine, low visibility operations, personnel recovery, hostage rescue, confined space/structural collapse, and tactical combat casualty care - Live Tissue Training (LTT) must be provided by AAALAC-accredited vendors, compliant with USDA and federal regulations - Turnkey logistical support: scenario control, role-player casualties, vehicles, scenario weapons/ammunition (M4 UTM simunition bolts, Glock simunition pistols) - Secure, climate-controlled indoor industrial training facility within a 9-hour drive of Moody AFB, with dedicated spaces for planning, debriefing, gear storage, gym, secure arms storage, and helicopter simulation platforms with NVD-compatible lighting and realistic sound - Contractor must provide specialized personnel, equipment, and scenario support - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Live Tissue Training must be AAALAC-accredited and compliant with DoD/USAF standards - Facility must support all-weather, realistic training and include helicopter simulation - All travel costs for venues outside the 9-hour radius from Moody AFB must be included in pricing - Evaluation is based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) - Training must support unlimited working hours, but aircrew duty days are capped at 12 hours if flight operations are involved

38 RQS Full Mission Profile Training

Requirement: The 23D Contracting Squadron at Moody AFB is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a comprehensive, 5-day pre-deployment Full Mission Profile (FMP) training solution in accordance with the Statement of Objectives (SOO). The contractor must provide a secure, large-scale indoor industrial venue within a 9-hour drive of Moody AFB to support 24 personnel (20 students, 4 evaluators) from the 38th Rescue Squadron. The training is designed to validate combat readiness, rescue capabilities, and advanced medical skills in a realistic, all-weather environment.
