The Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) is seeking submittals from experienced and qualified vendors for the management of multiple projects (3 or more) simultaneously across a large geographic area involving various types and values of work. Contractors must demonstrate experience working with a wide variety of subcontractors including electrical, controls, mechanical, HVAC, site/civil, and others to successfully complete water and wastewater projects. The contract is identified as the 2027 Job Order Contract – Version 3.
