This Invitation for Bids (IFB) aims to establish an Agency Specific Contract to obtain pricing and select a vendor to fulfill the annual needs of the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) for its 2026 Field and Grass Seed. The procurement covers grass and forage seeds and seedlings. Responses must be submitted electronically through the North Carolina Electronic Vendor Portal by July 31, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET.
