Description
The City of Placerville is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional construction management, Resident Engineer, inspection, materials testing, construction staking quality assurance, environmental mitigation and monitoring coordination, public outreach, office engineer, and construction contract administration services for the Placerville Drive Bridge Replacement and Placerville Drive Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities Phase 1 projects. These projects are federally funded and will be constructed together under one construction contract with one construction management team overseeing both. The Bike/Ped Project aims to improve multi-modal connectivity with safe bicycle and pedestrian facilities, while the Bridge Project involves replacing an obsolete bridge with a new two-lane bridge including bike lanes and sidewalks.
