Description
The Johnson County Park & Recreation District (JCPRD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a market ready and production ready childcare communications platform to support its programs. The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive solution including project implementation and management, system configuration, staff training, contact information setup and onboarding assistance, and ongoing technical support and maintenance. The platform should meet operational, communication, and family engagement needs while satisfying all performance requirements outlined in the final contract. The contract term is approximately twelve months with options to renew for two additional twelve-month periods.
