The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services - EBS at Molesworth, United Kingdom, is seeking maintenance services for a diverse fleet of Material Handling Equipment (MHE): - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services - EBS, Molesworth, UK - OEMs and Equipment: - Crown: RR5725-45 electric forklift (4,000 lb capacity) - Hyster: H60FT diesel forklift (6,000 lb), H12XM-6 diesel forklift (28,000 lb) - Mitsubishi: FD30N diesel forklift (6,000 lb) - Powerboss: Admiral Plus 40D electric sweeper - Toyota: Prado diesel SUVs (2 units) - Iveco: 35C14A8 D diesel truck (3.5 ton) - Products/Services Requested: - Preventive and corrective maintenance services for the above-listed MHE and vehicles - Equipment includes forklifts (various capacities), sweeper, SUVs, and a truck - All equipment details, including year and type, are specified in the equipment list attachment - Notable Requirements: - Maintenance must cover a range of OEMs and equipment types - Contractors must comply with all applicable UK laws, regulations, and installation policies - All documentation and access requirements are the responsibility of the contractor - Quotes must be submitted in U.S. Dollars - Quantities: - 1 each: Crown RR5725-45 forklift, Hyster H60FT forklift, Mitsubishi FD30N forklift, Hyster H12XM-6 forklift, Powerboss Admiral Plus 40D sweeper, Iveco 35C14A8 D truck - 2: Toyota Prado SUVs

DLA Disposition Services - Molesworth

Molesworth England - Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Maintenance

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. The required equipment is per the attached specifications, including its delivery timeframes. The procurement is under NAICS 811310 with a size standard of $12.5 Million. The requirement is full and open competition.

Quotes are to be received no later than 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard U.S. Time on the above specified date, via email only to the designated Contracting Officer.

All contractor performance shall be in a safe manner, and in compliance with all applicable Federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and all installation policies.  Any/all required documentation and service-related requirements including installation access are the responsibility of the contractor, with coordination as necessary with the site POC.

1. All quotes shall be in U.S. Dollars.
