This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quoters are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C78626Q0084 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide Propane Delivery Services at the Saratoga National Cemetery (SNC). TIERED EVALUATION This procurement is set-aside based on an order of priority as established in 38 U.S.C. 8127. TIERED EVALUATION CONCERNS This is a tiered evaluation with the following priorities: (1) SDVOSB concerns, (2) VOSB concerns, (3) small business concerns including HUBZone and 8(a) participants. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be canceled and reissued. Quoters Submittal Quoters shall submit Volume A (Company Information) and Volume B (Pricing).
