Solicitation number 36C78626Q0084 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide Propane Delivery Services at the Saratoga National Cemetery (SNC). TIERED EVALUATION This procurement is set-aside based on an order of priority as established in 38 U.S.C. 8127. TIERED EVALUATION CONCERNS This is a tiered evaluation with the following priorities: (1) SDVOSB concerns, (2) VOSB concerns, (3) small business concerns including HUBZone and 8(a) participants.
