Description

The City of Anaheim's Public Works Department seeks to contract with multiple professional firms to form a team of qualified consultants. These consultants will support the Construction Services Division in architectural facility design, project/construction contract administration, construction inspection and management, and project close-out activities. Services include architectural drafting, design, specification writing, constructability reviews, contract administration, construction management, inspection, resident engineer services, environmental consulting, as-built/O&M review, routine maintenance, clerical support, and web-based document management. Projects may involve capital improvements, maintenance, rehabilitation, or private development projects, with staffing involving a mix of City and Consultant personnel based on project needs.
