Amion software is a healthcare scheduling platform designed for hospitals and healthcare systems to manage and share on-call and shift schedules for physicians and other medical staff. It provides real-time updates so changes to the schedules are immediately reflected and accessible to relevant staff. It indirectly helps to align scheduling with Veteran-centered care priorities such as specialty, urgent or mental health coverage enabling VA hospitals to mobilize providers specifically in urgent care scenarios such as stroke, heart attack, or urgent surgeries.
The contractor shall provide technical support for all subscriptions purchased. All technical support shall be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. All technical support shall include but not be limited to major product and technology releases, technical support, updates, fixes, security alerts, data fixes, and critical patch updates, upgrade scripts, tax, legal, and regulatory updates and certification with most existing third-party products/versions. Additionally, support will include the transfer of data in existing non-Amion programs without significant impact or delays of use.
