Description
The Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) is seeking competitive proposals for a third-party grant administrator to facilitate The Equity Business Development Grant. The selected vendor will administer an electronic request for application (RFA), evaluate eligibility for awards, and distribute funds. The vendor must provide all necessary infrastructure including hardware, software, security, and communication platforms, and adhere to IT specifications. The vendor must also demonstrate capacity to deliver services in a culturally and linguistically competent manner to ensure equitable access across New York State. Awards will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are depleted.
