Description

The Town of Warrensburg is seeking bid proposals to resurface and paint/line two tennis courts and three pickleball courts at the Warrensburg Recreation Field, located at 45 Library Avenue, Warrensburg, NY 12885. The scope includes milling, shimming, overlaying, removing loose/broken asphalt, crack sealing, and applying a minimum 1.5" layer of Type 7 new asphalt on all five courts. Additionally, the tennis courts will be painted and lined in white per USTA standards, and the pickleball courts will be painted and lined per USA Pickleball standards. The work must be completed by the end of the 2026 Fall Season, and sealed proposals are due by 4:00 PM on August 12, 2026.
