Description
The New York State Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) is seeking qualified entities to provide implementation and development services for the Department of Health (DOH) Lead Rental System. The project involves creating an electronic registry to include all residential rental properties within the jurisdiction of New York State Public Health Law (PHL 1377) to track compliance. The system aims to provide a user-friendly portal for property owners to submit required information and for DOH and Local Health Departments to access and monitor registrations.
