North Country Rural Development Coalition is soliciting proposals for an emergency accessible manufactured home replacement project located in Bloomingdale, New York. The project includes a new two-bedroom, double-wide, ENERGY STAR-certified, fully electric, wheelchair-accessible manufactured home for a disabled resident.
