Description

H-GAC is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to conduct a stakeholder and public centered transportation technology/infrastructure planning process that will result in the Regional Zero-Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Plan. The plan must include all eight counties of the Houston Metropolitan Planning Area and involve stakeholders and public participation. It will produce a document consistent with regional priorities, using best available data and analyses, with a focus on air quality impacts. The plan will build upon previous studies and provide recommendations to support future consumer vehicle choices.
