The University of Quebec at Trois-Rivières (UQTR) is seeking to acquire a mitochondrial function measurement system to evaluate mitochondrial respiration and hydrogen peroxide emission. The device will be used for research projects involving isolated mitochondria and permeabilized muscle fibers, capable of measuring oxygen consumption and H₂O₂ production simultaneously. The system must include high-resolution respirometry, precise temperature and oxygen control, fluorescence module for H₂O₂ emission, and compatible software for data acquisition and analysis. Accessories such as integrated computer, micro-syringes, measurement chambers, and a robust transport case are required. The supplier must provide delivery, setup, training, post-training service, and spare parts for at least 10 years.
