The City of Chestermere is seeking a qualified Contractor to undertake the comprehensive removal and replacement of the pedestrian walkway girders on Chestermere Boulevard Bridge. The project includes demolition and certified offsite disposal of eight Type ‘G’ girders, erection and placement of eight new Type ‘G’ girders supplied by the City, and placement of a replacement sidewalk. The contract duration is estimated to be 24 months starting from September 4, 2026. This is a critical infrastructure project located in Alberta, Canada.
