1. General Information
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
2. Description of Requirements
Naval Special Warfare Group 1 (NSWG-1) Detachment Guam requires reliable Wireless Service Plans and Devices to support its forward deployed personnel. NWSG-1 requires a total of 100 wireless devices and 43 Mobile WiFi (MiFi) devices with wireless service plans.

3. Period and Place of Performance
Period of Performance (PoP): The PoP for this requirement will be established as a 12-month base period followed by four (4) 12-month option periods. Additionally, the Government may evaluate an option to extend services for up to six (6) months pursuant to FAR clause 52.217-8. Naval Base Guam Santa Rita, GU
4. Contract Clauses and Provisions
The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) assign this requirement as an unrated order. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO), issued on May 2, 2025. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.

6. Submission Instructions
