NSWC Crane Division, part of the U.S. Navy, is soliciting quotes for specialized tool kits under a small business set-aside procurement. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division (NSWC Crane) - OEMs and Vendors: - Snap-On (tools) - Pelican (cases) - Products/Services Requested: - 75 tool kits configured per Section C specifications - Each kit includes brand-name Snap-On tools (e.g., ATECH3FR250B, SX24, SN24C, S80A, SA10E, TW181A, OEX18B, SAM19E, TW481, TS421, ATECH1FS300, TMA6E, AWCG1612B, 86ACF, TW241, TS241) - Each kit includes a Pelican case (HIM295000000) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All kits must be produced or manufactured in the U.S. or qualifying countries - Firm fixed price contract - Set aside for small businesses, including HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, and EDWOSB - Technical acceptance requires product literature and compliance with delivery and past performance standards - Delivery required by contract deadline

Description

ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for tool kits.

The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract under a total small business set-aside in accordance FAR 19.104-1. The Delivery required is FOB Destination.

Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling     1- 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 12.201-1. 

Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/ has officially replaced FBO.gov

All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/ . It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor https://sam.gov/ for any amendments, which may be issued to this solicitation.

For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
