This is a Presolicitation Notice issued in accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR 5.1 and 12.201-1(e)(3).
THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR QUOTATIONS.
The Government intends to solicit and award a firm‑fixed‑price service BPA Call Order under the Japan Wide Rental Vehicle BPA series, in accordance with RFO FAR 12.201‑1(e)(3).
The anticipated award date is on or about 31 July 2026 (subject to change).

Description of Requirement
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to support the U.S. Army/Japan Ground Self‑Defense Force (JGSDF) Bilateral Exercise Orient Shield 26 and Yama Sakura 91, conducted at various locations throughout Japan.
This project will be performed entirely within Japan. The successful offeror must possess all valid licenses, permits, and authorizations required to perform work in Japan.
This requirement will be awarded as a BPA Call Order under the existing BPA. The Government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding submissions made in response to this notice.
