This opportunity involves large-scale pavement preservation and parking lot rehabilitation across five National Park sites in Wyoming and Montana. - Government Buyer: - National Park Service (NPS) - Federal Highway Administration, Western Federal Lands Division - Project Scope: - Pavement preservation and parking lot rehabilitation at Devils Tower National Monument, Fossil Butte National Monument, Grand Teton National Park, John D. Rockefeller Jr Memorial Parkway (all in Wyoming), and Grant-Kohrs National Historic Site (Montana) - Base schedule covers 57.45 miles of roadway and parking areas - Three options for additional work: Option X (15 miles), Option Y (0.62 miles + parking), Option Z (0.61 miles) - Products/Services Requested: - Earthwork, aggregate/base courses, asphalt and rigid pavements, chip seal, fog seal, micro surfacing, crack cleaning/filling/sealing, bridge work (thin epoxy overlay), pavement markings, and extensive temporary traffic control - Major line items include: - 305,000 sq yd asphalt concrete pavement - 1,415,000 linear feet permanent pavement markings - 175,000 sq yd asphalt tack coat - 92,000 sq yd crack cleaning and filling - 3,800 hours of flagger services - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Work spans multiple high-profile National Park sites - Includes both base and option schedules for flexible project expansion - Requires significant temporary traffic control and coordination - OEMs/Vendors: - No specific OEMs or product brands are named in the solicitation or attachments - Estimated Contract Value: - $10,000,000 to $20,000,000

PROJECT: WY MT NP MULTI PMS(1),  Pavement Preservation Wyoming and Montana

LOCATION: The project work is located in 5 National Park sites: Devils Tower National Monument (DETO), Fossil Butte National Monument (FOBU), Grand Teton National Park (GRTE) and John D. Rockefeller JR Memorial Parkway (JODR) in Wyoming; and Grant-Kohrs National Historic Site (GRKO) in Montana. The approximate latitude and longitude coordinates for the project are:

• DETO: 44°35'25.54"N, 104°43'11.57"W

• FOBU: 41°50'11.57"N, 110°46'18.18"W

• GRTE: 43°39'17.20"N, 110°43'3.69"W

• JODR: 44° 6'23.93"N, 110°39'55.82"W

• GRKO: 46°24'19.96"N, 112°44'9.50"W

WORK: This project consists of pavement preservation and parking lot rehabilitation. See “Project Description” and preliminary plans posted under Attachments for additional details.

LENGTH: Base- 57.45 miles and parking areas

Option X- 15 miles

Option Y- 0.62 miles and parking areas

Option Z- 0.61 miles

TENTATIVE COMPLETION DATE: Fall 2027

CONTRACT TYPE: Firm-Fixed-Price Task Order Contract

ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $ 10,000,000 and $20,000,000.

There will be a Base schedule plus 3 Options.
