The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 22, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive teleradiology interpretation services for multiple Southern California VA healthcare systems. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 22 (VISN 22 Desert Pacific Network) - Services cover Greater Los Angeles, Loma Linda, Long Beach, and San Diego VA facilities - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; the requirement is for professional radiology interpretation services, not equipment - Products/Services Requested: - Board-Certified Radiology Physician Interpretation Services (teleradiology) - 24/7/365 coverage for all specialties and subspecialties - Remote interpretation of diagnostic imaging exams including: - General Radiology (Plain Film & X-Ray): 30,931 exams - CT Exams: 15,173 exams - Ultrasound Exams: 4,211 exams - MR Exams: 1,983 exams - MRI Cardiac (CPT 75557, 75559, 75561): 1 exam - Nuclear Medicine: 501 exams - PET/CT: 1 exam - 3D Mammography: 800 exams - Computer Tomography, Heart (CPT 75572, 75573): 2 exams (1 each) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Board-Certified Radiologists must provide interpretations remotely via secure, VA-approved teleradiology networks - STAT reports required within 1 hour; routine reports within 48 hours - Reports must be integrated into VA systems using HL7 standards - Contractor responsible for all connectivity, credentialing, privileging, and compliance with ACR, TJC, and VA standards - No government-furnished equipment; contractor must provide all necessary infrastructure - Set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) - Estimated contract value is approximately $19 million over the base and two option years

Teleradiology Interpretation Services

Board Certified Radiology Physician Interpretation Services. The Contractor shall provide comprehensive teleradiology services offering full spectrum specialty and subspecialty interpretations of diagnostic imaging examinations on a 24/7/365 basis.

A single award IDIQ with a base year and two option years is anticipated; with a Period of Performance to begin between October December 2026. Ensure attached Draft PWS is reviewed. Provide any questions or comments related to the Draft PWS with your submission. The attached Draft Cost Worksheet outlines the estimated annual amounts and types of interpretations that are needed.
