The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking industry review and comment on the attached draft Request for Quote (RFQ) for Contract Disputes Act (CDA) Claims Analysis Support.

This draft RFQ is provided for planning and comment purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation, request for quotations, or commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or make an award. Responses to this draft will be used solely to assist the Government in finalizing the acquisition strategy and solicitation documents.

The Government is under no obligation to respond to comments received. However, the Government reserves the right to post responses to questions or comments, in whole or in part, for the benefit of all interested parties.
