Description
The Joint Base Emergency Communications Center (JBECC) provides 911 service for Joint Base Lewis-McChord. One key component of the JBECC mission can only be provided by the Washington State Police Access Database, ACCESS (A Central Computerized Enforcement System), which facilitates the exchange of criminal investigation, vehicle license, and other critical law enforcement information among state and local agencies. Additionally, the WSP manages Washington Access to Criminal History (WATCH), an online system for background checks and criminal history information. Other databases include those for collision reports and criminal records
