The National Laboratory of the Rockies, supporting the Department of Energy's Multimegawatt Electrolysis project, is procuring a comprehensive set of thermal system piping components for cooling PEM electrolyzer stacks. - Government Buyer: - National Laboratory of the Rockies (DOE contractor) - OEMs and Vendors: - Victaulic is the primary specified OEM for most fittings, valves, and couplers - Schedule 40 carbon steel pipe must meet Victaulic OGS specifications but does not require a specific brand - Products/Services Requested: - Over 30 distinct line items including: - Victaulic-brand flanged reducing elbows, tees, butterfly valves (Vic-300 MasterSeal), strainers, reducers, adapters, couplers (flex and rigid), and wyes - Schedule 40 carbon steel pipes with grooved ends in various lengths and diameters (4", 6", 8", 10") - Quantities range from 1 to 54 units per item - All components must be compatible with a 50/50 propylene glycol/water mixture and rated for specified pressure, temperature, and outdoor use - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All fittings and valves must be Victaulic or fully compatible with Victaulic OGS grooved-end systems - Pipes must have grooved ends per Victaulic OGS specifications, but the pipe itself does not need to be Victaulic brand - Delivery required by end of December 2026, with flexibility for longer lead times if communicated
