Brand-Name Software Support Renewals for Existing COTS Licenses (2026–2030) – DISA

DISA is announcing a modification to its Class Justification and Approval for proprietary brand-name software support renewals covering 2026–2030. - The procurement is for software support (renewals, updates, upgrades, patches) for previously acquired commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software. - No new licenses or subscriptions will be purchased; only renewals for existing software. - Support is required to maintain operability and usability of mission partner infrastructure software. - Purchases will be made through authorized resellers using NASA SEWP, Army CHESS, GSA schedules, or open market sources. - The action is based on brand-name justification, meaning only specific proprietary software support is acceptable. - No specific OEMs, products, part numbers, or quantities are listed in the notice or attachments. - The period of performance is five years, from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2030. - The opportunity is not for new software acquisition, but for continued support of existing software assets.
