The 334th Training Squadron at Keesler Air Force Base is seeking a turnkey solution for Air Traffic Control (ATC) training modernization. - Government Buyer: - 334th Training Squadron, Air Education and Training Command, U.S. Air Force - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the government is open to all qualified sources - Products/Services Requested: - Three (3) electronic ATC static airfield simulator systems - Each system must include a 65-inch interactive touchscreen display with a motorized, adjustable stand (vertical/horizontal orientation) - Must operate on Windows OS and function standalone (no internet required) - High-fidelity visualizations, multiple viewing perspectives, and simulated voice communications - Automated voice recognition and noise-canceling push-to-talk USB headsets - Five (5) distinct training exercises or gamified scenarios - Four (4) hard copy user manuals/guides - On-site installation and configuration for all systems - On-site training for up to four personnel - Sustainment support: warranty, troubleshooting, and routine software updates - Unique/Notable Requirements: - System must provide realistic, immersive ATC training scenarios - Hardware must be robust, motorized, and adjustable for various training needs - All components must be delivered, installed, and configured on-site - Training and ongoing support are required - No internet connectivity required for operation - All requirements are detailed in the Statement of Objectives

Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This is NOT a solicitation, but market research to determine potential sources to procure, deliver, and install for an electronic Air Traffic Control (ATC) static airfield simulator system for Keesler AFB, MS as described in the attached Statement of Objectives.

This notice does not constitute a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. Further, we are not at this time seeking proposals; therefore, DO NOT request a copy of a solicitation or submit a proposal as a result of this notice. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this sources sought and that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All costs associated with responding to this sources sought will be solely at the responding party's expense.

Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, should one be issued. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise from a response to the notice. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the SAM.gov website for additional information pertaining to this sources sought.

Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be received no later than 12:00 PM CDT, on Thursday, 23 July 2026. Responses and/or inquiries WILL NOT be accepted past the deadline.

Interested parties should include their company name, address, phone number, point of contact, CAGE code, company size status, and whether or not they are a U.S. or foreign-owned firm. All interested parties must provide a response containing a written statement confirming they can comply with the Government needs as specified in the Statement of Objectives, any associated product literature, and if the items are located on a Federal Supply Schedule contract.
