Description
This solicitation is for Expressions of Interest (EOI) only for a comprehensive renovation of the Food Science Lab on the 3rd floor of Remsen Hall at Queens College. The project includes demolition, new finishes, lab casework, equipment, AV systems, fire suppression, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roof penetrations, and extensive interior renovation over approximately 4,500 sq. ft. The renovation aims to modernize an outdated lab space to meet current codes and academic needs. The project will be awarded based on qualification packages and requires execution of a Project Labor Agreement (PLA).
