Procurement and Installation of Mercury Outboard and Jet Motors for Ephrata Field Office Boats

The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, is seeking to procure and install new boat motors and control systems for two government-owned boats at the Ephrata Field Office. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, Regional Office Acquisition Management Division - OEMs and Vendors: - Mercury (referenced as the compatible OEM for outboard and jet motors) - Products/Services Requested: - One Mercury 225 XL EFI V6 outboard motor (25-inch shaft, digital throttle and shift, EFI fuel system, 4-stroke gasoline engine) for a 26-foot Boston Whaler - One digital control system for the Boston Whaler, including console controls, ignition, wiring, panel switches, throttle shift cable, hydraulics, display console, engine mounts, starter cabling, junction box, propeller, and flow torque hub kit - One 65 HP gasoline 4-stroke jet drive motor compatible with existing Mercury Jet motor setup (Model 60EOJET45) for a 1998 Clark Boat V-Hull Durasport - Installation services for both motors and control systems, including removal of existing equipment and all necessary adjustments - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Motors must be compatible with existing Mercury setups - Descriptive literature for motors required with quotes - Installation must be completed within 90 days of award - Government will provide the boats and existing motors as Government Furnished Property - Delivery and installation at Ephrata Field Office, Washington - Transportation responsibilities defined by distance from Ephrata
