Additional Requirements

Offered space must be contiguous without being split by a public corridor. In a multi-tenant building, contiguous space can be stacked on no more than two (2) floors. In a single tenant building, contiguous space can be stacked and there are no restrictions on the number of floors. Building must accommodate antennas or satellite dishes on the roof. A freight elevator is required if the space, or a portion of the space, is above the first floor. Approximately 3,500 ABOA SF of conditioned warehouse space for vehicle storage to include: Roll-up door with at-grade entry. Ceiling height in the warehouse must be a minimum of 28 feet clear. Building must have exclusive access on occasion to a loading dock and sallyport that can accommodate deliveries on pallets and discreet transportation of detainees.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).

Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Expressions of interest must Include.

Building name and address; Contact information and e-mail address of offeror’s representative; ABOA SF and rentable square feet available, identifying the specific floors and square footages; Asking full-service rental rate per ABOA SF and RSF inclusive of a standard GSA warm-lit shell; or Operating costs per ABOA SF and RSF included in the full-service rates; Submission by anyone other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by written consent from the ownership granting authority to the representative in providing the information to the Government.
